Services Offered:
Provide care to patients with partial or total absence of a limb by evaluating, designing, fabricating, fitting, and aligning those artificial limbs known as “prosthesis” Products Offered: - Partial Foot
- Trans tibial (below knee)
- Trans femoral (above knee)
- Lower extremity disarticulation
- Partial Hand/wrist disarticulation/trans humeral (above elbow)
- Trans radial (below elbow)
- Shoulder disarticulation/fore quarter
- Myoelectric fittings
- Computer controlled knees
Patient Protocol- patient must have a physicians referral
- absence of other health problems that would prevent use of a prosthesis
- good pair of shoes with no excessive wear (new preferred)
- good hip and/or knee range of motion
- above knee amputees must be able to stand with support for 10-15 minutes
- from date of casting, patient should expect to be fitted with prosthesis within ten working days.
